Life's too short to carry a grudge, so outsource it.

Questions

Frequently asked grievances

Is this actually good for me psychologically?
Research suggests that rumination and chronic grudge-holding are associated with elevated stress and diminished wellbeing. By externalizing the grudge, you are free to pursue actual healing (therapy, journaling, long walks) while retaining the symbolic satisfaction that someone, somewhere, still remembers what Dave did at the 2019 company retreat.
What do you actually do with the grudge?
It is entered into our proprietary Grievance Ledger™, a secure, encrypted record. On relevant anniversaries and renewal dates, we acknowledge it internally. The grudge is witnessed, validated, and professionally held. Think of us as an off-site emotional storage facility.
Will the other person be contacted or harmed?
Absolutely not. This is a private, symbolic service. We do not collect their information, contact them, or take any action toward them. The grudge is held entirely within our internal systems. This is about your peace of mind, not retribution.
Can I hold a grudge against myself?
We gently suggest that self-directed grudges might be worth exploring with a therapist rather than outsourcing. You deserve self-compassion, not a $49 lifetime plan against your own choices in 2018.
What if I forgive them before my plan expires?
That's the goal, honestly. If forgiveness arrives early, we consider the service a success. No refunds, but we'll mark the grudge as "resolved with grace" in the Ledger. That's a win for everyone.
We hold grudges, not profiles. We don’t run our own analytics or advertising. Our host, GoDaddy, sets its own cookies for traffic measurement and security. We don’t control those, and they’re described in our Privacy Policy. Two things we do control: web fonts loaded from Google, and your order stored in this browser for two hours so we can confirm it.
